Sunflowers are one of my favorite flowers. Not only are they beautiful, but the bees and birds love them too! I find it fun to stand out in my garden, with my face close to a big bloom watching the variety of bees sucking up the sweet nectar and collecting the abundant pollen. After the blooms fade the Goldfinches come swooping in to perch on the dry flowerheads and enjoy the buffet of seeds. These teardrop shaped earrings feature a sunflower bloom in various shades of golden yellow and brown on a walnut stained background.

All earrings use high-quality, made in USA sterling silver hooks and jump rings. The hook’s wire size is 0.032 in (0.8 mm) thick and are a thicker gauge than standard earring hooks. They also include a white silicone rubber (phthalate-free), hypoallergenic ear wire guard and an anti-tarnish strip. (Use and Care)
These earrings also use light-weight, wooden blanks that are made in the USA. Raindrop blanks are 1.5 in (37 mm) tall, 0.875 (22 mm) wide, and 0.125 in (3 mm) thick. Pieces are finished with low VOC Vermont Natural Coating’s Satin PolyWhey Finish.
